A message dated May 7, 2001, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 101(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
      SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(HES)                                                  
      "An Act relating to charter schools; and providing for an effective
